The name
Hestia keeps the fire lit.
In Greek myth, Hestia is goddess of the hearth — the keeper of the home fire, the warmth a house is built around. That felt right for something made by hand, in small batches, in a real kitchen.
“Ten pieces isn’t a limit. It’s a promise that every one was made properly.”
We started with tiramisù because it’s honest: it’s only as good as the cold brew, the mascarpone, and the patience that goes into it. So we make ten a day and make them well — and let the dessert do the talking.
